Andrew, our technician, called/texted to say he could come a little earlier or keep to our scheduled appointment. He came masked and had covers for his shoes for COVID-19 safety protocol. Excellent service from Rooftop Chimney Sweeps. They sent their technician Tien to inspect our exhaust flue. Tien thoroughly explained what he needed to do and completed a video camera inspection of our flue pipe. Even though we have an oil furnace, the inside pipe inspection showed it didn't need a cleaning yet. Tien was straightforward and honest. Highly recommended!
