Extremely thorough. He was running late and called to advise. Upon arrival took great care in using protective gear. Was polite and well informed of all details regarding what needed to be done. Cleaned up the fireplace and the inspection report provided in-depth review. Will definitely use his services again. Highly recommend.

Rooftop Chimney replaced the two liners in my chimney, repaired the lining, and repointed bricks on the exterior chimney. Perfectly performed, all technicians were courteous, experts in performing the work needed and they cleaned up afterward. That's why I called them to inspect and replace the crow which they completed with the same skill set as the work performed in 2014. The company is truly professional and they keep quality technicians in their employment. Today's technician is a prime example of the quality they take pride in providing their customers. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment for cleaning my wood-burning fireplace. Starting with the nice lady who scheduled my appointment the entire process was extremely nice. Jack, AKA "From StateFarm" and Kenny arrived early which was a bonus because I had errands to run later. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I asked so many questions and Jake was very patient in explaining everything. The pricing was reasonable and I was so pleased with the service that I plan to be a lifetime customer.  It was great to be able to use my fireplace later that evening.

Despite the terrible weather, still showed up on time. Polite as could be. Explained everything thoroughly. Got the inspection and cleaning done quickly. Cleaned up. A pretty top-notch service. But the part that impressed me the most was how friendly the techs were to each other, teamwork, and sincere kindness to each other. Kindness goes a long way in my book. The team had great communication with us and spent time with my wife and me answering any questions we had (thank you, Andy!). Once doing the inspection, they fully let us know what was going on and gave us some great insights into what needed to be done.

At this time my wife found out our child was arriving sooner than expected. They moved up our date with no additional charge to make sure that everything was done in time.

No one hopes they ever need Chimney repairs but there’s no question we’ll be back if needed!

"Fantastic Job!"

Rooftop provided a chimney & fireplace inspection prior to their installing a gas insert. They also ran a gas line to the fireplace. As it turned out, the flashing around the chimney was in very poor condition & posed the potential threat for a roof leak. Jay completed all the repairs for the flashing, including replacing some of the shingles as part of the process. Jay was here for two days making the necessary corrections & did a fantastic job!!!

Everyone at Rooftop is highly professional. I was kept informed about the installation details & schedule by Melissa in Rooftop's office; service providers arrived on time; and I received a text in advance telling me when to expect them, as well as a photo of the technician. We have an arched fireplace & when Jay finished, the metal was cut to suit the opening just perfectly! Finally, the insert is beautiful! I would recommend Rooftop very highly!!!

"SO GLAD"

Rooftop Chimney Sweeps gets ALL the Stars!! We bought a house in September 2021 and waived the home inspection (I know, I know!!). Upon moving in we realized the chimney was bad off. We obtained quotes from 4 other area chimney sweeps and every single one of them insisted that the chimney would have to be relined at a cost of about $5,000+ and that no way, no how could it just be cleaned and be safe to use. Well, SO GLAD I called Rooftop and had them come out. Their technician and project manager offered to do a thorough sweep and if there was extensive damage and a reline was necessary, they would credit the cost of the sweep to the reline. Well, they just came and swept the chimney and said the chimney is FINE! No need for a reline!!! They literally saved us thousands of dollars! They are polite, professional, and best of all HONEST!

I had a fantastic experience with Rooftop Chimney Sweeps, in particular with Grant Raycroft. We just purchased a house and during the home inspection process, it was noted that there was a buildup of creosote in the chimney. Grant came out and assessed the Chimney, noting that the buildup was not significant enough to need cleaning, he then went on to inspect the gas hot water heater and boiler for the baseboard heat, these devices also utilize the chimney. They reported back on every aspect of the chimney, noting any repairs that needed to be addressed in multiple estimates that gave me the option of doing it in stages rather than all at once. Grant was nice enough to give me his own professional input on what was most important, and it wasn't just the high-dollar stuff. Overall I am very impressed by the quality and time spent performing the inspection, it was well worth the $99 spent.

I hired Rooftop Chimney Sweeps to inspect the chimney in the home I just bought. Josue showed up within the expected time frame. He was professional and kept the area very clean while he worked. He scoped the chimney, cleaned it, checked the cap on the roof, and cleaned out the dryer vent. It was super neat to watch the video as the camera went up through the chimney. I am very pleased with the work that was done.
